Because it is freshly milled, whole wheat that tastes phenomenal, and fresh whole grain bread is life-enhancing. We use premium wheat bought from family owned farms located in the finest wheat growing region in the world -- Montana. And we only use pure and simple ingredients in our products. You won’t find additives, preservatives or any ingredients you can’t pronounce.
